This women’s therapeutic support group provides a unique opportunity to explore our relationships, both with ourselves and others; how we perceive ourselves and how others perceive us.

Through sharing experiences in a confidential, trusting, caring, supportive and at times, challenging environment, you will gain insight and encouragement to cope more effectively and positively in daily life.

We share our experiences, values, beliefs and judgements and humour, and in the safety of the group, we explore creative ways of taking better care of ourselves and how to change those patterns of behaviour that keep us stuck and inhibit us in living fuller, more satisfying lives.

Some frequently recurring themes are: confidence, sex and sexuality, body image, family relationships, fear, anger, asking for what we want, money, critical voices and difficult relationships with food.
